Boing: Una fiesta todo el año

The Idea

For this project, we teamed up with Volf Films, a production house that reached out to us to collaborate on a commercial campaign for Boing—the most iconic juice brand in Mexico. The challenge: the entire campaign had to be done using Fake Out-of-Home (FOOH) techniques.

The concept behind the campaign was to showcase how Boing is present in every Mexican celebration, highlighting its role as a constant companion in moments of joy, especially within families. We aimed to represent this by creating three different scenes, each themed around a major Mexican holiday. Each intervention featured Boing’s signature product integrated into public spaces across the city, blending cultural symbols and festivities with digital artistry.

The pieces will be released soon across television, social media, and various advertising platforms.


The Process

We kicked off the production by scouting and shooting on-location footage in collaboration with Volf Films and a cast of actors. Once the footage was captured, we moved into the digital phase—tracking the camera movements, modeling the Boing products and other key elements, and texturing them to match the real-world lighting and context.

The campaign was structured into four segments: one spot for each celebration—Independence Day, Día de Muertos, and Christmas—plus an outro that tied all three together. For each scene, we created and integrated 3D elements that symbolized the respective festivities: flags, papel picado, marigolds, candles, ornaments, and more. Some objects even featured subtle Easter eggs referencing Boing’s identity, adding a layer of playful detail.


Through animation, simulations, and meticulous compositing, we brought each celebration to life—seamlessly blending the physical and digital worlds to create festive moments in the heart of the city.


The Finished Product

This project was not only a creative milestone but also a deeply rewarding collaboration. Working on such a large-scale campaign allowed us to explore new possibilities in our production process and pushed us to elevate the way we approach FOOH storytelling.

Bringing Boing into the heart of Mexican festivities through a blend of real and digital worlds was both technically ambitious and creatively fulfilling—and a clear reminder of how far a bold idea can go with the right team and vision.
